The MaxPreps Cup is a formula that seeks to determine the best overall high school sports program in the nation. Schools receive points for state championships, runner-up finishes and placement on national rankings. Also taken into account are the type of sport, size of the state, enrollment level of the school and the number of participating teams in that enrollment level.
The 2018-19 MaxPreps Cup lists the Top 10 regional sports programs. Bishop England was ranked in the following catagories:

#1 High School in the South
#1 Medium High School in Nation
#3 Private High School in Nation
