A full time registered nurse staffs the Bishop England clinic during the school day from 7:30 am – 3:30 pm. She monitors all immunization records and disperses any medications during the school day.

Per Diocesan policy, our nurse is NOT allowed to administer basic over the counter medicines like Advil or Tylenol without the consent of the parent and the child’s pediatrician. Below is the Diocesan form that may be used to acquire these signatures in order for your child to receive the medication when needed. Please return the form to our nurse to keep on file. A new form must be submitted each year to permit the meds to be dispensed.
All students must show proof of immunization to attend Bishop England High School. Religious exemptions are not accepted unless the exemption was obtained on or before March 13, 2015 while enrolled in a Catholic school in the Diocese of Charleston.
